To download a document to your computer, follow these instructions -

Internet Explorer - To save a document to your hard disk, right-click on the document name, and select save from the options provided. To open the document directly, left-click on the document name. This will open documents written in Microsoft Word.
Netscape Navigator 6.0 and later - left-click on the document, and select your preference from the options provided.
